Patient Cases

🦷
Implant Restoration
Full Arch Implants — Michael, 58
Michael presented with advanced periodontitis and multiple failing teeth. After comprehensive bone grafting and staged implant placement, he now has a full, stable implant-supported smile.
Outcome: Full arch restored with 6 implants. Bone volume rebuilt. Full chewing function restored after 18 months of treatment.
🌿
Gum Recession Treatment
Connective Tissue Graft — Sarah, 42
Sarah experienced significant gum recession on her lower front teeth, causing sensitivity and root exposure. Connective tissue grafts were placed to restore a healthy, even gumline.
Outcome: 95% root coverage achieved. Sensitivity fully resolved. Symmetrical, natural-looking gumline restored.
💫
Gum Disease Management
Stage III Periodontitis — David, 50
David had deep pocketing and significant bone loss. Non-surgical therapy followed by surgical pocket reduction brought his disease under full control within eight months.
Outcome: Pockets reduced from 7–9mm to under 3mm. No further bone loss at 12-month review. All natural teeth retained.
